No, this isn’t a trivia board BUT…

I dare you to name the 80’s movie my husband references in 6 words. I’ll set the scene for you…

My husband and I are laying on the bed with the baby early this morning. I have to get up for a minute. When I return the baby is crying.

Me: Awww…he’s upset. Were you ignoring him?

My Husband: Nobody puts Baby in the corner

    Damn! Foiled again.

    I wasn’t counting on any of you young whippersnappers being so familiar with the cinematic gem that is “Dirty Dancing”. But then again, they do show it on cable almost constantly.

    I’ll tell my husband his clever pop-culture references need to be more obscure.

    I have it on DVD, VHS, and the soundtrack-

    and I grew up in the 80’s, born in the 70’s, so I saw it plenty in it’s heyday!

    HI - I just found out i am pregnant, we are very excited! Last night waiting for my husband to come home so I could take the test nearly killed me. but when that little blue + came up there was much jumping up and down and squealing.

    So now finally I am pregnant and suddenly realise that I don’t know anything, so that’s a bit scary!

    I need to start researching diapers and strollers and stuff! This is great!

    I just had to tell someone! weeeeeeeeeeeee!
